FERC Intends to Revoke Market-Based Rate Authority of Retail Suppliers for Alleged Failure to File Reports

FERC stated that it intends to revoke the market-based rate authority of about 40 power marketers, including several retail suppliers, for alleged failure to file electric quarterly reports.

FERC said that it intends to revoke the MBR authority of the following companies if the reports are not filed:
