AEP Energy, Inc. d/b/a Bluestar Energy Solutions filed to relinquish its Texas REP certificate
AEP Energy, Inc. d/b/a Bluestar Energy Solutions has never served any customers in Texas
A separate AEP company, AEP Texas Commercial & Industrial Retail Limited Partnership, would continue to hold a Texas REP certificate, but AEP Texas Commercial & Industrial Retail Limited Partnership's certificate is an Option 2 certificate, limited to serving customers above 1 MW providing an affidavit agreeing to such service.
