PSC Fines Broker $5,000, Grants Licenses
The Maryland PSC granted Manhattan Energy, LLC electric and natural gas broker licenses to serve commercial and industrial customers.
The PSC also fined the company $5,000 for operating as a broker prior to receiving a license ($2,500 for electricity, $2,500 for gas).
