Parent of Retail Supplier Names New Chief Strategy Officer
Sackett National Holdings, Inc., the parent of Sperian Energy as well as several financial services data firms, announced that John Bauer has been named Chief Strategy Officer
In this role, Bauer will focus on strategies related to the structure of the holding company as well as within its business units.
Bauer will also oversee mergers and acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
Bauer joins SNH from CoreLogic, a provider of property, financial and consumer information, data and analytics and business services. As Senior Vice President of the credit and transportation services groups, he held responsibilities that included leadership for a group of companies that provided credit data, analytics and verification solutions to the mortgage, lending, automotive, multi-family housing and subprime lending industries.
Previous roles included senior management positions at the Equifax Credit Bureau affiliate Computer Sciences Corporation, where he held various positions in the Consumer Credit and Mortgage Credit Reporting Divisions.
SNH's entities include National Credit Center, Sperian Energy and the SettlementOne family of companies consisting of SettlementOne Credit, SettlementOne Valuation and SettlementOne Screening.
