Pepco Residential, Commercial SOS Rates to Increase

Pepco has filed with the Maryland PSC new residential and Type I SOS rates for the period beginning June 1, 2015, and new Type II SOS rates for the period beginning December 1, 2014.

The new June 1, 2015 mass market rates are generally higher than the comparable rates that were in effect from June 1, 2014 to September 30, 2014

For example, the June 1, 2014 Pepco Generation Service Charge had been 7.932¢/kWh. The June 1, 2015 Generation Service Charge will be 8.399¢/kWh.

Rates below, in cents per kWh, reflect only the energy component of SOS, and not transmission or reconciliations.
