Supreme Energy Acquires Retail Supplier
Supreme Energy, Inc. announced today that it has entered into an agreement to purchase Florida-based Southern State Gas, LLC for an undisclosed sum.
Supreme Energy will acquire Southern State’s entire account base of natural gas customers, many of whom are within the TECO Peoples Gas utility service territory.
Supreme Energy, serves an expanding set of markets in N.J., N.Y., Pa. and Fla.
