Satori Energy Acquires Book of Contracts
Satori Energy has acquired the energy procurement contract assets of Chicago-based Goby, LLC.
The Goby energy procurement book includes C&I customers in PJM, NYISO, and NEPOOL
As part of the transaction, Pritesh Patel will join Satori as Director of Sales.
Separate from the procurement business acquired by Satori, Goby offers an energy management platform and benchmarking service. Goby will continue to be a strategic partner of Satori Energy. Among other things, Satori Energy has through Goby's platform offered demand-side reduction and visibility services to Satori customers
The acquisition follows Satori's acquisition of certain Public Utility Brokers, LLC assets earlier this fall.
