Direct Energy Offering Free Electric Supply As Part of New TOU Plan for Small C&Is

Direct Energy has launched a new Time of Use electricity plan for small business customers at PPL Electric Utilities in Pennsylvania that includes a $0 energy charge for two hours each day.

Specifically, Direct's Free Power Morning Plan provides small businesses at PPL with a 0¢/kWh electricity supply charge for the period 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Monday through Sunday.

The plan includes a rate of 9.49¢/kWh from 12.am to 7:59am and 10:01am to 11:59pm, Monday through Sunday, with that rate fixed for 12 months.

There is no early cancellation fee.
