Retail Supplier No Longer Affiliated With EDF Trading
AP Holdings, LLC has informed FERC that it and its retail energy supplier subsidiaries are no longer affiliated with EDF Trading North America, LLC.
The AP Holdings, LLC retail suppliers include AP Gas & Electric (TX), LLC; AP Gas & Electric (PA), LLC; AP Gas & Electric (NY), LLC; AP Gas & Electric (MD), LLC; AP Gas & Electric (NJ), LLC; AP Gas & Electric (IL), LLC; AP Gas & Electric (OH), LLC.
AP Holdings, LLC originally became affiliated with EDF Trading North America, LLC in 2013 under a transaction pursuant to which EDF Trading North America, LLC acquired 25% of the fully-diluted outstanding units of the limited liability company interests in AP Holdings.
AP Holdings and its retail suppliers informed FERC that their affiliation with EDF Trading and its affiliates and subsidiaries ceased to exist as of December 3, 2014.
