License Briefs Bargain Energy Seeks to Serve New Territories
Bargain Energy filed for an amendment to its Pennsylvania retail electric supplier license to serve all customer classes at Duquesne Light Company, Metropolitan Edison, Penelec, Penn Power, UGI, and West Penn Power. Bargain Energy is currently authorized to serve customers at PPL and PECO, and is active in those territories. Bargain Energy also updated various information related to its application, memorializing that it is no longer affiliated with Spark Energy and that Keith Maxwell is no longer CEO. James Brennan now serves as CEO of Bargain Energy. Derrick Parkhill remains President and Patrick Meyers remains Executive Vice President of Bargain Energy
Agera Energy Receives New License
The Connecticut PURA granted Agera Energy, LLC an electric supplier license to serve all customer classes.
