Satori Energy Acquires Broker/Consultant
Satori Energy announced today that it has acquired broker/consultant Velocity Energy Group.
Velocity Energy Group's book includes commercial and industrial customers in PJM.
This acquisition, the third by Satori Energy in the last six months, "continues Satori's pattern of targeted growth through adding value to the procurement process for clients nationwide," the company said.
The transaction closed in January 2015.
Previously, Satori Energy acquired customer books from Public Utility Brokers in September 2014 and Goby, LLC in December 2014.
