GDF SUEZ Energy Resources NA To Supply MetroNational Properties
GDF SUEZ Energy Resources NA announced that it has been selected to provide electricity to all of MetroNational's facilities over a multi-year period
This includes two office towers at Memorial City in Houston, for which GDF SUEZ will offset 100 percent of the towers' electricity consumption with RECs, for a two-year period.
Amerex Energy Services assisted MetroNational in the procurement, which evaluated 14 retail suppliers.
MetroNational is one of Houston's largest privately-held real estate investment, development, and management companies
