PUC Denies PSNH Motion to Stay Divestiture Review

The New Hampshire PUC denied Public Service of New Hampshire's motion to stay a proceeding reviewing whether PSNH's generation should be divested, citing the statutory requirement that the PUC 'expedite" its review. The PUC granted a stay requested by PSNH with respect to cost recover of the Merrimack scrubber
