NRG Energy is to expand its eVgo electric charging infrastructure and services to 21 markets during the 2015-16 period, it said in an investor presentation last week.

Expansion markets include:

Boston, MA
New York, NY
Philadelphia, PA
Pittsburgh, PA
Raleigh, NC
Orlando, FL
Miami, FL
Tampa, FL
Indianapolis, IN
St. Louis, MO
Minneapolis, MN
Austin, TX
San Antonio, TX
Denver, CO
Salt Lake City, UT
Phoenix, AZ
Las Vega, NV
Fresno, CA
Santa Barbara, CA
Monterey, CA
Portland, OR
Seattle, WA

NRG also sees building regional corridors and pathways between many of these above cities (and its existing markets) through 2017.

Most notably, this includes pathways connecting Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio, and the Boston-DC Northeast corridor (both pathways including large swaths of retail electric choice territories)
