Connecticut PURA Issues Draft Determination of RPS Compliance, Assigns Compliance Payments to Retail Suppliers
The Connecticut PURA has issued a draft decision regarding retail supplier RPS compliance for 2012, and which would assign alternative compliance payments to various suppliers.
