Agera Energy Seeks Texas REP Certificate
Agera Energy LLC, which as first reported by EnergyChoiceMatters.com (click here) will be acquiring from Platinum Partners Value Arbitrage Fund LP the Glacial Energy retail books, has again applied for a Texas retail electric provider certificate. Agera had previously filed for a Texas REP certificate last summer but withdrew the application without prejudice.
