Pennsylvania Monthly Migration Returns to More Normal Levels, State Still Losing Shoppers
After a December that saw more than 40,000 customers leave competitive supply (click here for story), January saw the Pennsylvania retail electric market return to more normal migration patterns, but the state still saw a net decline in residential electric shopping.
Specifically, from late December to late January, Pennsylvania saw a net decline in residential electric shopping of about 6,700 accounts.
Every large EDC except PECO saw a decline in residential shopping.
The change in the number of residential customers on competitive supply at each utility from late December to late January was:
