Connecticut Issues Final Decision Ordering Retail Suppliers to Pay Alternative Compliance Payments for 2012 RPS

The Connecticut PURA has issued a final decision on retail suppliers' RPS obligations for 2012, and directed several retail suppliers to pay alternative compliance payments.

PURA directed suppliers show receipts that ACPs have been paid in the following amounts:
