Texas REP to Relinquish Duplicative Certificate

Constellation Energy Power Choice, Inc. applied to relinquish its REP certificate 10113, the former MXenergy certificate (which was also formerly held by Vantage Power Services, L.P.). Constellation Energy Power Choice has not served customers since April 2014, and Constellation serves customers under various other certificates (StarTex-10089 and Constellation NewEnergy-10014).

Brasovan Group Receives Texas Aggregator Certificate

The Public Utility Commission of Texas granted Brasovan Group LLC an electric aggregator certificate to serve all customer classes. As previously reported, the recently formed company is led by Texas retail market veteran Mike Brasovan
