N.Y. Utility Files To Decrease POR Discount Rate
Central Hudson Gas & Electric has filed with the New York PSC an update to its natural gas purchase of receivables discount rate.
The new natural gas POR discount, to become effective April 1, 2015, reflects a discount rate of 0.96%, comprised of the company’s actual three-year average net write-offs of 0.82% for 2012 through 2014, plus 0.14% to reflect other costs of the program.
The current Central Hudson natural gas POR discount rate is 1.07%
