IGS Energy Partners With Beaumont Solar to Provide Renewable Energy Solutions in the Northeast
IGS Solar, LLC, an IGS Energy company, has teamed with Beaumont Solar Co. to deliver comprehensive solar solutions to businesses, residents, communities, and non-profit organizations in the Massachusetts market.
Together, IGS and Beaumont plan to develop over 25MW of commercial solar installations by the end of 2016.
IGS said that these solutions are provided through power purchase agreements, which enable customers to benefit from clean, renewable energy with no capital expense and no ongoing equipment responsibility.
Currently, the companies are working on installing a 516 kW roof-mounted solar array at New Bedford Waste Services, LLC, located in New Bedford, Massachusetts. The project is financed, owned, and operated by IGS Solar through a long-term agreement with New Bedford Waste Services.
