Energy America Enters Credit/Supply Agreement With Texas Retail Provider

Energy America, LLC informed the Public Utility Commission of Texas that it has entered into an agreement with retail provider American L & P, Co. to supply American's electricity, natural gas and renewable energy credit needs related to American's customers in designated markets.

Energy America will provide credit support for American's obligation to third parties supporting its retailing operation. The credit support will be limited to the following: TDSP obligations; ERCOT obligations; and PUCT obligations

All payments to American must be directed to and deposited into a deposit account over which EA will have exclusive control.
