Utility Files To Set POR Discount Rates To 0% For Some Residential Customers, 5% For Others

Pepco in the District of Columbia has filed to update its purchase of receivables discount rates effective June 1, 2015, including a reduction in the Rate R residential discount from 1.3737% to 0%.

However, the discount rate for residential customers on one of the residential aid discount rates (RAD, RAD-AE) would increase to over 5%.

Pepco-DC has proposed updating the POR discount rates effective June 1, 2015 as follows, by SOS, or market-priced service, rate schedule:
