Texas REP Officially Announces Debut of Power Express Brand With Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

Volterra Energy officially announces its new brand Power Express, which had been first reported by EnergyChoiceMatters.com in January (click here). The new brand has launched a "Power Express Guarantee" which provides that Power Express promises to be upfront and open about their prices, resolve any misunderstandings with customers within two business days, and treat all consumers with the respect and integrity they deserve. Any customer that believes that Power Express has failed to live up to those expectations will receive a $30 Visa Gift Card

Ohio Schedules Workshop on Net Metering

The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio has scheduled a workshop for May 5 to receive additional input from stakeholders as it considers further potential revisions to Ohio Adm. Code 4901:1-10-28, regarding net metering. Case No. 12-2050-EL-ORD
