Start-up Retail Supplier Municipal Energy Preparing to Enter Market
Start-up retail supplier Municipal Energy of PA, LLC is preparing to enter the retail market.
In an application for FERC market-based rate authority, Municipal Energy said that it is, "an energy service company that plans to make retail sales of electricity and natural gas to residential and commercial end-users in states that allow retail choice."
Mr. Dino T. Jardin owns and controls all of the interests in Municipal Energy. Mr. Jardin serves as the sole officer and member of Municipal Energy. Mr. Jardin also serves as an officer and has an equity interest in City Power and Gas, a company that is engaged in the retail sale of electricity and natural gas in the state of New York.
