Maryland Sets Rulemaking Session on Accelerated Switching, Outstanding Consumer Protection Proposals
The Maryland PSC scheduled for June 16 and June 17 a rulemaking session on accelerated switching and outstanding proposed changes in the electric and natural gas consumer protection rules

Regarding accelerated switching, Staff has proposed that switches be completed within three business days, with a limit of one such accelerated switch per billing cycle.
