Retail Supplier Launching New Loyalty Program Offering $400/4% Annually
PALMco Energy is launching a new customer loyalty program for residential customers which will pay customers 4% of their monthly supply charges over a 12 month period, up to $400 annually.
The loyalty credits will be paid annually as a credit on their next bill after the close of an annual period. Credits will only accrue for months during which the customer was in good standing.
The program will be offered to select customers. Customers must have historical usage of at least 4,500 kilowatt-hours of electricity or at least 450 therms of natural gas to be eligible.
Customers may not participate in the loyalty program if also participating in a new coupon discount "Scratch Off" program to be soon launched by PALMco, or if they are also receiving customer referral credits
"We are excited to launch the new PALMco Loyalty Program, rolling out in mid-May and available for new customers only in all seven states that we operate in. Once enrolled, customers accrue a 4% bill credit over the course of 12 months, earning up to a $400 credit. This credit can be used to pay bills beginning in the 13th month of service.
