N.Y. Sets Further Collaborative On ESCO Service to Low-Income Assistance Customers, Faster Gas Switching

New York PSC Staff will convene a collaborative on May 20, 2015 to continue discussions on the following issues concerning the provision of services by energy services companies: define the standards to be used to determine value added products and services that must be provided to Assistance Program Participants (APP); consider available technologies and mechanisms for implementing point-of-sale confirmation of APP customers; consider how best to protect existing APP customers; and determine whether and how to shorten the enrollment for gas suppliers and to effectuate off-cycle switching (Case 12-M-0476).

Connecticut Sets Supplier Working Group Meetings

The Connecticut PURA has scheduled the fifth and sixth meetings of the Supplier Working Group for May 5, 2015 and June 2, 2015, respectively.
