Texas REP Introduces Free Mornings And Evenings Plan

TXU Energy has launched TXU Energy Free Mornings and Evenings, the company's latest "Right Time" pricing plan

With TXU Energy Free Mornings and Evenings, customers get free electricity from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., with no energy or TDU charges during this period

In the Oncor service area, TXU's Free Mornings and Evenings 18 plan is an 18-month plan classified as an indexed product, with an average all-in rate of 14.6¢/kWh, at 1,000 kWh usage. The average price per kWh is a sample based on average annual usage profile for the Oncor territory with 27.7% of electricity usage occurring during morning and evening Hours, as defined by the product.

The Free Mornings and Evenings 18 plan includes an energy charge of 14.8¢/kWh applicable in the non-free hours, and a monthly base charge of $9.95.

A $295 early termination fee applies
