Texas REP Reports Change in Management
Pro Power Providers, LLC filed at the Public Utility Commission of Texas for an amendment to its retail electric provider certificate to reflect a change in management.
Specifics related to the change were filed under confidential seal.
However, the public portion of the filing lists for the first time publicly Byron Biggs as President of Pro Power Providers, LLC.
It was not clear if this is a new position, or if Biggs's position as President was previously listed in prior certificate updates under confidential seal. In late 2014, Pro Power Providers, LLC previously filed a REP amendment to reflect a change in upstream ownership, with details filed under seal.
Biggs has been involved with Pro Power Providers previously. In the REP's initial application, Biggs was listed as the contact for Glenwood Energy (where Biggs is CEO), which at that time was listed as a vendor providing wholesale supply and risk management services to Pro Power Providers, LLC
