Regulator Sends Letters To 11 Retail Suppliers To Update Contact Info As Required in November Order
The Connecticut PURA has issued letters to 11 retail suppliers directing the suppliers to comply with a November 2014 order requiring all suppliers to update their contact information with the Authority.
Order No. 19 in the decision dated November 5, 2014, in Docket No. 13-07-18 directed all electric suppliers to submit updated company contact information to the Authority no later than December 15, 2014.
In letters to 11 suppliers, the Authority informed each supplier that, to date, the Authority's records indicate that the supplier has not filed the required company contact information.
The suppliers were directed to submit an updated company contact information form, in the format prescribed in the November decision, to the Authority on or prior to June 26, 2015.
