The Connecticut PURA has scheduled a hearing regarding Docket 14-07-19RE01, concerning changes to customer bills required by statute, to further consider the issue of presenting a supplier's rate for the next month on the customer's bill.

According to several parties, issues relating to listing the next month rate on the bill have been raised at supplier workgroup meetings and on conference calls.

Eversource described the issue by noting, "there are concerns regarding a Supplier's ability to modify the rate actually charged for the next month after the 'Next Month's Rate' information has been provided to a customer on the Company's bill."

PURA will hold an additional hearing to consider such concerns on June 24, 2015
