Reporting by Paul Ring • ring@energychoicematters.com

Texas-New Mexico Power moved to intervene in the PUCT proceeding addressing Glacial Energy of Texas, Inc.'s request to relinquish its retail electric provider certificate.

In doing so, TNMP said that, "Glacial has a current balance of $2,600.81 in charges to TNMP for service supplied under referenced [delivery] Tariffs."

As previously reported, Glacial Energy of Texas, Inc. in its relinquishment application said that it was not serving Texas customers, as the transfer of such customers to Agera Energy had been completed.
