Retail Market Veteran Starting New Retail Supplier
Celesta Energy, a start-up retail supplier, is preparing to launch operations.
According to an application for market-based rate authority filed with FERC last month, the company is owned 100% by Karl Trollinger, who also serves as CEO.
In the FERC filing, Celesta Energy said that it, "intends to act as a retail energy supplier in various jurisdictions in the United States."
