Cleveland Selects Supplier for Municipal Aggregation Contract, Announces Pricing

The City of Cleveland, Ohio announced that it has entered into an agreement with Constellation Energy Services, Inc. to supply its municipal opt-out electric aggregation for customers served by Cleveland Electric Illuminating

The default aggregation rate under the new contract is 7.01¢/kWh, effective beginning with the August 2015 meter read and continuing through July 2017.

This default aggregation rate includes 50% of energy from renewable sources

Aggregation customers may elect for a non-renewable option at a rate of 6.94¢/kWh.

Aggregation customers may also elect a 100% renewable plan for 7.08¢/kWh
