TDU Says Exiting Texas REP Has Fulfilled Obligations
Texas-New Mexico Power said in a filing at the Public Utility Commission of Texas that Glacial Energy of Texas, Inc., which as previously reported has applied to withdraw its REP certificate, has paid in full its balance owed to TNMP
TNMP had previously intervened in the certificate withdrawal proceeding stating that Glacial, at that time, had a balance of $2,600 owed to TNMP.
