PURA Sets Technical Meeting on Variable Rate Review

The Connecticut PURA scheduled a technical meeting for August 11 to discuss its review of variable rates pursuant to Public Act 15-90, which generally bans variable rates, but delegates to PURA the appropriate rate treatment for customers whose fixed price contract expires and who do not affirmatively take an action in response to such expiration. Massachusetts Schedules Technical Session on Disclosure Label, Shopping Website

The Massachusetts DPU has scheduled a technical session for August 5, 2015 to discuss proposed changes to the disclosure label and the in-development state-administered shopping website and rate board (D.P.U. 14-140)
