New Texas Retail Provider Licensed By PUCT

The Public Utility Commission of Texas granted Electranet Power, LLC an Option 2 Texas retail electric provider certificate to serve customers 1 MW or larger who provide an affidavit agreeing to such service. According to Texas Secretary of State records, the manager of Electranet Power, LLC is Enchanted Rock, Ltd, a provider of back-up natural gas generation and other distributed services. Texas REP Seeks to Use Trade Name Pumpjack Power

Golden Rule Enterprises, LLC, which has a pending application at the Public Utility Commission of Texas for an Option 2 retail electric provider certificate to serve customers 1 MW or larger who provide an affidavit agreeing to such service, amended its application to include use of the trade name Pumpjack Power, which the company said is, "intended to replace," the previously sought trade name of Reciprocal Energy Solutions.
