N.Y. Sets Collaborative on ESCO Consolidated Billing

Staff of the New York Department of Public Service will convene on August 19 another collaborative meeting to investigate and evaluate operational issues required for consolidated Energy Service Companies (ESCO) billing (CEB), including how CEB can be constructed to be consistent with Commission rules and regulations including those governing termination of service for non-payment.

Texas Staff Recommend REP Be Allowed To Use Trade Name Energy Rewards

Staff of the Public Utility Commission of Texas have recommended that TriEagle Energy LP be granted an amendment to its REP certificate to include the trade name Energy Rewards. Energy Rewards is the brand for retail energy offerings from Comcast supplied by TriEagle's parent, Crius Energy
