Fuel Marketer, Convenience Store Operator to Launch Retail Supplier

Nittany Energy, LLC is launching a retail energy supplier, and sought market-based electric rate authority at FERC

Nittany Energy is owned 100% by Nittany Oil Company, Inc., a fuel oil marketer serving central Pennsylvania

Among other services, Nittany Energy provides home heating oil, service and protection plans, HVAC services and installation, and commercial fuel solutions

Nittany Oil also operates Nittany MinitMart, "a fast-growing convenience store chain based in the heart of central Pennsylvania," with about two dozen locations

The officers and directors of Nittany Oil are: James Martin, CEO; John Martin, President; Sharon Martin, Vice President; Sam Sleek, COO; and Terry Colyer, Sales Director

Additionally, Nittany Oil has ownership interests in the following:

• 100% ownership interest in Hilltop Oil Company, Inc., a petroleum wholesaler and a retailer with convenience stores.

• 100% ownership interest in KV Oil Company, Inc., a petroleum wholesaler and a retailer with convenience stores.
