Crius Provides Purchase Price, Customer Count for Recent Gulf Book Purchase

In reporting earnings today, Crius Energy disclosed how many customers it recently acquired from Gulf Electricity, and the purchase price.

EnergyChoiceMatters.com exclusively reported last month that Crius acquired Gulf Oil's electric customers in Rhode Island and New Hampshire

Crius said that it acquired approximately 2,000 electricity customers in New Hampshire and Rhode Island from Gulf, with a purchase price of $0.2 million.
