Retail Suppliers To Undergo Corporation Reorganization
Retail suppliers Town Square Energy, LLC and Town Square Energy East, LLC sought FERC approval for a change in their upstream ownership that does not result in a change in control
The suppliers said that they will undergo a two-step transaction involving (1) the transfer by Aspirity Holdings LLC f/k/a Twin Cities Power Holdings, LLC of its indirect membership interests in the suppliers to a recently-formed intermediary company, Krieger Enterprises, LLC, also wholly-owned by Aspirity Holdings, and (2) the distribution of the equity of Krieger Enterprises to Timothy Krieger, or an entity majority-owned by Mr. Krieger
The suppliers said that the transaction is a corporation reorganization that will not result in a change of control of the suppliers
