Retail Supplier Named Preferred Energy Choice of the Baltimore Ravens
The Baltimore Ravens today announced that they have named Constellation their "Preferred Energy Choice."
The designation comes as part of a multi-year sponsorship renewal agreement that gives Constellation exclusive naming rights of the 300 and 400 suite levels at M&T Bank Stadium, and includes signage throughout those levels.
As part of the agreement, Constellation will also serve as the presenting sponsor of the annual State of the Ravens event featuring General Manager Ozzie Newsome and Head Coach John Harbaugh.
The sponsorship renewal agreement expands Constellation’s relationship with the team. The company has supplied power to the Under Armour Performance Center, the team’s 200,000-square-foot headquarters and training facility in Owings Mills, Md., since 2013, and serves as the Official Solar Partner of the Baltimore Ravens, having recently announced a 375-kilowatt (DC) solar generation project that will generate approximately 15 percent of the team headquarters’ electricity needs. The Ravens have also worked with Constellation to match the electricity used during "Green Games" through the purchase of Green-e Energy certified wind renewable energy certificates.
