Satori Energy Acquires Another Texas Broker
Satori Energy has acquired Midland, Texas-based WTX Power.
All WTX Power customers are based in Texas and most customers are in the small to mid-sized class.
This acquisition, the fifth by Satori Energy in the past two years, continues Satori’s pattern of targeted growth. The transaction follows the acquisitions of Public Utility Brokers, Goby’s procurement division, Velocity Energy Group, and EnergyNext, Inc.
The transaction closed in August 2015.
Satori now serves over 50,000 accounts in various markets across the U.S.
