PECO Lowers POR Discount Rate
PECO recently lowered its natural gas POR discount rate, it informed the Pennsylvania PUC
Specifically, as a result of the completion of recovery of implementation costs, the POR discount factors were being reduced by one percentage point.
Effective July 27, 2015, the discount factors were set at 1.07% for Rates GR and CAP, 0.30% for Rates GC and the Excess Off-Peak Use Rider, and 0.00% for Rates OL, L, and MV-F.
PECO also summarized the revenues collected from Natural Gas Suppliers (NGSs) and the costs of the POR program, stating that there is an undercollection of $1,240, which will not be charged to NGSs.
