New York Schedules Further Collaborative on ESCO Service To Low-Income Customers
New York PSC Staff will convene a collaborative on October 16 to continue discussions on issues concerning the provision of services by energy services companies to Assistance Program Participants (APP).
The meeting is expected to focus on sections of the draft report of the collaborative, as well as proposals to define the standards to be used to determine value added products and services that must be provided to APPs.
