Retail Supplier Completes Long Term Finance Agreement

Great Eastern Energy announced the completion of a credit support and financing arrangement with Macquarie Group Limited

Great Eastern Energy said that the credit facility will help support ongoing operations and provide liquidity to continue the "unprecedented" growth that the company has been experiencing.

While details of the deal were not fully disclosed, the agreement provides working capital to help support Great Eastern Energy's ongoing credit needs. Great Eastern Energy believes that the facility will allow it to continue its hedging strategies in both power & gas, energy solution programs, and future acquisition plans.

The deal term is for three years, with a two-year option to renew.
