New Prices To Compare Take Effect For ComEd, Ameren
New residential electric prices to compare went into effect on October 1 for Commonwealth Edison and Ameren
The new ComEd residential PTC is 7.006¢/kWh, to be in effect through May 2016. This compares to the summer 2015 PTC of about 7.033¢/kWh.
The new Ameren PTCs, to be in effect through May 2016, are:
Ameren Zone 1:
6.776¢/kWh for the first 800 kWh of usage
4.679¢/kWh for usage after the first 800 kWh
6.713¢/kWh for the first 800 kWh of usage
4.616¢/kWh for usage after the first 800 kWh
6.768¢/kWh for the first 800 kWh of usage
4.671¢/kWh for usage after the first 800 kWh
