National Grid Revises New Default Service Rates Due To Change in Smart Grid Charge

National Grid has filed an adjustment to its Massachusetts electric basic service prices for the period November 1, 2015 to April 30, 2016 to reflect a revision to the Smart Grid Customer Cost Adjustment Factors

For residential customers, the revision results in a decrease of 0.091¢/kWh in the basic service price
