Baltimore Gas & Electric Posts New Residential, Commercial SOS Rates
Baltimore Gas & Electric has filed new SOS rates and posted SOS pricing for the periods beginning December 1, 2015 and June 1, 2016
Consistent with historic practice, BGE has only filed updated tariffs reflecting new Type II SOS rates for the period beginning December 1, 2015. Procurements of SOS supply for residential and Type I SOS for the period beginning June 1, 2016 have been completed; however, BGE does not file tariff revisions of such rates until it receives settlement data to shape certain Time of Use rate classes. This only impacts SOS rates with a TOU component, and BGE has filed indicative SOS rates for non-TOU residential and Type I customers which should not change once a formal tariff filing is made.
For residential and Type I rates, the following are BGE's non-tariffed "projected" SOS generation rates, which should not change for non-TOU classes. These rates reflect generation only, and DO NOT include transmission or reconciliation (Rider 8)
Additionally, BGE has updated its electric supply price comparison information as follows:
Notes:
• Supply Rates include generation rate, transmission, and, for the October 1, 2015 to May 31, 2016 prices, currently known values for Rider 8
• Supply Rate for 6/1/16 to 9/30/16 excludes Rider 8, and transmission rates may change prior to June 1, 2016
BGE's proposed tariffed Type II SOS rates for the period beginning December 1, 2015 are below. These rates include both generation AND transmission but do not include reconciliation (Rider 8)
